By accessing or using the services of Behind the Vanity (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including scheduling appointments and receiving salon services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointment Booking:

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card may be required to secure certain appointments.

SMS Notifications:

We may send text message reminders regarding your upcoming appointment. By confirming your appointment via SMS, you acknowledge and agree to comply with our cancellation and no-show policy.

Cancellation Policy:

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service price.

No-Show Policy:

Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service price.

3. Services & Pricing

We make every effort to ensure accurate descriptions and pricing of our services. However, services and prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for any lawful reason.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, major credit or debit cards, and other electronic payment methods as approved by the salon.
